Dr. Mohammed Urrehman, MD, brings over two decades of medical expertise to Prime Care 360, serving as a dedicated primary care and urgent care physician. With a background as a seasoned hospitalist, Dr. Urrehman possesses a wealth of experience in managing a diverse range of medical conditions.

Dr. Faheid is a board certified family medicine physician. He has lived in the DFW area since 2008. He completed his medical education at Texas Tech School of Medicine where he earned his M.D. He completed his Family Medicine residency at UTMB where he also served as Chief Resident. He is passionate about practicing evidence based medicine and providing patients with the highest quality of care.

Dr Asma Ashraf is a board certified Family Medicine Physician, and completed her residency training in Family Medicine at UT Southwestern in Dallas in 2013. Dr. Ashraf has extensive experience in different clinical settings. She practices evidence based medicine and offers treatments for a wide range of health conditions.
